Inside Sales Representatives interact with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. They assist the sales team in delivering excellent service, being the first point of contact for incoming customer requests.
Outside Sales
Outside Sales Representatives sell company products to outside customers, building a network of contacts and maintaining relationships. They also generate cold call lists, provide sales forecasts, and host current and potential customers for events.
